We bought Fjodr while on a diplomatic posting in Moscow (1992-94) and brought her with us to Belgium where she curiously explored all corners of our ancestral home in Schoten. Fjodr accompanied us on our posting in Islamabad, Pakistan, where she eventually disappeared, probably killed by a mongoose. We missed her very much and still talk about her occasionally.
